We curate and sell gift boxes for various occasions. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. While we strive to be accurate, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All payments must be received by us before your order will be processed and fulfilled.

4. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide store credit for any purchased products. This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong items, or chooses not to accept delivery.

This “no refund” policy applies even if products are unused or undelivered. If an item is materially defective or misrepresented, please contact us so we can evaluate and address the issue.

5. Substitutions

We can accommodate product substitutions if a request is made within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, you must contact us at info.brightenbox@gmail.com with your order number and the requested change. Substitutions after the 24‑hour window are not guaranteed. Availability of substituted items may vary.

6. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to inventory, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages once they are in transit. You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Any shipping charges paid or incurred are non‑refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, etc.) is owned by Brighten Box, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
